Warranty Procedure

Thank you for visiting our online warranty request form. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your golf shaft, and we’re here to help get it resolved.

KBS provides a one-year warranty on all golf shafts from the original date of purchase. Please note that warranty claims cannot be accepted for damage caused outside of normal play (such as anger, abuse, or club throwing).

 

To submit a claim, please complete the form below and include the following:

  • A photo of the damaged golf shaft(s)

  • A copy of the original purchase receipt

  • A photo of the SKU number (located underneath the grip on the butt end of the shaft)

 

Once your claim has been submitted, our warranty team will review it and contact you within 2 business days.

OEM Warranty Links

KBS Golf Shafts does not accept warranty claims on our golf shafts that are not purchased through us directly. We have provided a list of the major OEM’s Contact Us/Warranty pages below so that you may file a claim with them directly.

NOTE: If you have purchased your golf shafts through a retailer or OEM (Titleist, TaylorMade Golf, Cobra, etc.) please contact the OEM directly, and they will be more than happy to assist you with your warranty claim.
